Participants should wear school appropriate athletic clothing and tennis shoes.
Jr. Laser Cheerleading practices twice per week with performances on Saturday mornings at local youth football games.
All Athletes in Jr. Lasers Cheerleading must have a valid physical on file prior to starting.
