Celebrate the return of men’s tennis on the KMHS courts! This league will be organized by KMTA volunteers, and you will receive a schedule with possible bye weeks, depending on the number of registrants. Singles and doubles will be available, with a heavy emphasis on doubles to maximize court time. Balls will be provided. Maximum of 30 registrants.
The self-ranking system is as follows: 1. Can execute forehand, bhackhand and serve with 30-40% of serves good. Has had very little match play. 2. Can execute forehand, backhand, volley and serve with some consistency. 2. Can sustain a rally and has basic command of all strokes. 4. Participant is comfortable playing at the net, approzimate league/club play of 2.5. 5. Plays with some power stroikes and/or serve, plays 3.0 at leagure/club play. 6. Approximate state league/club play at 3.5 and higher.
