For over 30 years we ve been getting this community into shape and making friends at the same time. We ve perfected our routines so they work for anyone of any age or fitness level. Work at your own pace with easy to follow steps set to a wide variety of the music you love. You ll get just the right cardiovascular workout followed by floor work that will both tone and stretch all of your muscles. Come a few minutes early and join in our arm weight circle where we strengthen the upper body while catching up with one another.
