This class is done using the principles of functional fitness. Movements performed are intended to replicate or mimic those which we use everyday. The class will incorporate various styles of programming, including resistance training, circuit style training, HIIT, Tabata and plyometrics in order to burn fat, build lean muscle and have fun. Heart rate monitors and mats are a plus but not required. Easily modified for all abilities! Class time 45 to 60 minutes. Nationally Certified Trainer! Class is held from 6-7 p.m. at KM High School Weight Room All participants must be physically able to participate and accept responsibility for their health.
